These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and sx555 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting information platform accessible at sx555.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, content, features and functionality offered through the sx555 platform.

sx555 is an English-language online gaming entertainment and information platform primarily targeting Pakistani users. We do not hold a gambling licence issued by any Pakistani governmental authority and we do not claim endorsement, approval or authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, any provincial authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any other Pakistani regulatory body.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal, financial or tax advice. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction, including without limitation the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) and any subsequent amendments or applicable provincial regulations.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an active account on sx555, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be acting as a private individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any business, syndicate or third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or when placing any wager.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling or have an active cooling-off period in place on the sx555 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of an employee or director of sx555 or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.

sx555 does not claim that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan or that participation is permissible under Pakistani law. Users located in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of their participation. This does not constitute legal advice.

Each User may hold only one (1) active account on the sx555 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. sx555 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent point.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether authorised or unauthorised by you.
• Notifying sx555 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

sx555 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from sx555 and requesting account credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

All financial transactions on sx555 are processed in accordance with the Platform's published payment procedures. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the account cashier at the time of transaction.

Where amounts are referenced, Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs) equivalents are provided for indicative purposes only. Actual transaction amounts and currency conversion rates depend on the payment method selected and prevailing exchange rates at the time of processing.

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. sx555 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits or to verified accounts in the User's own name. sx555 does not accept third-party deposits or process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Processing times vary by payment method. sx555 endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Help Center. Delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or regulatory compliance checks are outside of sx555's control.

All bets and wagers placed on sx555 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game type. These rules are published within the relevant game or sports section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

General betting rules applicable to all sports markets include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
• sx555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced, unless in-play betting is expressly offered for that event.
• In the event of an error in the publication of odds or game outcomes, sx555 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This includes manifest errors in pricing.
• Results for sports markets, including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, international football and UFC, are determined by the official governing body of the relevant sport. sx555 follows official results as published by these bodies.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the cashier and relevant betting interfaces.

For live casino and slot games, each title's RTP (Return to Player) percentage is provided as an illustrative estimate based on information supplied by the game provider. Actual returns in any individual session may differ materially from the stated RTP. sx555 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return from any game.

sx555 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers and other incentives to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the bonus. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the validity period.
• sx555 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, per household, per device and per IP address.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, matched betting via bonus funds, or any form of coordinated bonus exploitation — is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• sx555 reserves the right to request verification of any bonus claim before crediting or permitting withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.

sx555 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of tools within every User account to assist users in maintaining control over their gambling activity. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion is available at any time, at no cost and without requiring justification. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Users who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to activate self-exclusion immediately and to seek support from appropriate resources.

Gambling on sx555 is strictly limited to adults aged 18 and above, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable licence jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sx555 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account without their express authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or circumventing geo-restriction measures using VPN, proxy or other technical means.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or game.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any other software to gain an unfair advantage over other Users or the Platform.
• Laundering money or using the Platform in connection with any illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks, disputed transactions or any other conduct designed to fraudulently retrieve deposited funds while retaining winnings.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff, support agents or other Users via any communication channel.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported promptly to [email protected].

All content on the sx555 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, data compilations and audiovisual content — is the property of sx555 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in immediate account suspension and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property legislation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sx555 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.

This limitation applies to damages arising from:

• Loss of winnings, profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity.
• Interruption or suspension of Platform services due to technical failures, maintenance or force majeure events.
• Errors in odds, game results or account balances subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Unauthorised access to a User's account resulting from the User's failure to maintain credential security.
• Any legal consequences faced by a User as a result of their accessing or using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, sx555's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

sx555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass or refusal to undergo KYC verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a valid request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body or financial institution.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Users may request closure of their account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to sx555. Bonus funds are not withdrawable upon account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sx555 is registered and licensed to operate. We do not represent that the Platform or any of its services are appropriate for use, or lawfully available, in any particular jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, Users are encouraged to contact sx555 support in the first instance at [email protected]. sx555 aims to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe and will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, Users may have the right to escalate their complaint to the relevant regulatory authority or an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body, depending on the licensing jurisdiction applicable to the Platform.

sx555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, sx555 will provide reasonable notice by publishing a revised version on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered Users via email or in-account notification.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms supersedes all previous versions and is the sole binding agreement between sx555 and each User.
